<Job Responsibilities> You will be responsible for supporting sales team members and project managers. This position involves supporting project progress through internal and external coordination, document handling, and other tasks. Specifically: ・Creating and managing quotations, contracts, and various sales materials ・Scheduling meetings with clients and handling inquiries ・Supporting the management of sales opportunities and project progress ・Coordination and collaboration with relevant internal departments ・Document translation and basic interpretation support (primarily English) ・Administrative tasks such as data entry and filing ・Supporting the work of Japanese and local staff Even without industry experience, we expect you to catch up by receiving explanations from existing members. Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's degree or higher ・Gender: Any ・Age: 24 - 33 years old ・Language: English at Business Level ・Experience: - At least 2 years of experience in sales or sales assistant, admin - Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Ability to coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in water treatment, facilities, general contracting, or the chemical/pharmaceutical industry ・Japanese skills ・Experience working for a Japanese company ・Experience handling contracts and quotations
