Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Driving sales by converting potential customers into paying customers through the implementation of effective sales activation strategies. - Planning sales activities, including participating in conferences to showcase products and services, and finding customers from various sources. - Managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and reporting results to higher management. - Fostering team collaboration by connecting the Customer Service team, Purchasing Team, QA/QC team, and Sales team to secure necessary tools and information for driving sales.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: University / College graduation. - Language: English - Conversational Level (Able to communicate and write email) - Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience (B2B) - Prefers candidates who has leading/ management experience. - Able to work independently and take responsibility in finding new customers. - Confident in communication. Quick, dynamic, outgoing, and passionate about sales work. - Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
