Job Description
<Job Expectation> Contribute to sales as a team by engaging in sales activities, Web marketing, and Administrative tasks, and identifying new suppliers. <Job Responsibilities> ・Marketing and sales activities for the e-commerce site (Alibaba and own site) - Business development with local Vietnamese companies - Deep sales to existing customers - Sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers to expand product offerings - SEO analysis using Excel to improve sales and CVR ・Management of e-commerce sites - Handling of order requests - Communication with customers and suppliers ・Other tasks - Shipment management, witnessing, and communication with logistics providers (including physical work) - Inventory control (occasionally visiting the VSIP2 warehouse) - Preparation and management of vouchers and documents
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Japanese or English - Intermediate level ・Experience: any experience as follows: - Web marketing or analysis by using Excel. - Purchasing in any industry ・Personality: - Good communicator and cheerful person - Likes to work together in a team. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge of Web marketing and SEO - Experience in purchasing in a manufacturing or other industry that handles many items. - Newly graduated or near newly graduated, or have experience as a trainee in Japan, etc.
