Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conducts sales calls/visits to established accounts and /or target accounts within a targeted in warehousing, freight forwarding, and value-added services. - Develop a client relationship plan that will improve client satisfaction and improve client retention through consistently supporting clients with cost-benefit solutions for clients’ logistics needs. - Develops and maintains positive relationships with targeted and existing accounts, and ensures that sales professionals servicing the accounts receive updates on the status. - Promotes and conducts cooperative teamwork in assisting sales professionals and managers throughout the Company GROUP (worldwide) to sell and support accounts (i.e., by conducting joint calls together with other sales professionals) - Provides marketing support and knowledge within the company - Determines new opportunities by analyzing business needs with the customer’s portfolio. - Undertakes new sales initiatives and strategies, and looks to sell all services, executing impeccably - Identifies viable route development lanes in alignment with the global programs - Support successful business handovers between the Sales Department and Operations Department and other departments. - Achieving the sales target set by the company. - Performs other duties as required/assigned. - Make reports to the Board of Directors as requested. - Strictly follow the Company policy and working process
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study ・Language: Business level in English ・Experience: - 3 years of Sales experience in the relevant sector - Having experience in import and export, freight forwarding, or shipping lines ・Others: - Good knowledge of all air, sea, ground, and contract logistics products and services - Good at communication and negotiation - Strong organizational and management skills - Good presentation skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having a business level in Japanese - Good experience in developing new clients - Actively engage in sales
