Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> You will be responsible for sales administration and logistics support at the factory and work accurately in cooperation with the internal manufacturing team and logistics staff. English will be mainly used for email communication, and communication with overseas branches will occur. *For tasks you are unfamiliar with, on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided after joining the company. ・Ordering from each factory (procuring necessary materials and products) ・Managing and updating inventory data (using Excel, etc.) ・Checking label printing content at the time of shipment ・Handling documents related to receiving and shipping ・Supporting import customs procedures (to be handled after becoming familiar with the work) <Attractiveness and Features> ・An environment where you can learn the fundamentals of logistics and inventory management in the manufacturing industry through practical experience ・You can utilize your English skills through communication with overseas partners ・You can acquire specialized skills such as import operations, not just routine tasks ・A position where you can acquire administrative and coordination skills through coordination work with internal and external parties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher (new graduates welcome) ・Gender: Any ・Age: 22-30 years old ・Language: English - Intermediate Level (sufficient for email correspondence) ・Experience: - Have at least 1 year of experience in sales administration or inventory management *Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in inventory management/logistics-related work ・Experience working in the manufacturing industry ・Experience working for a Japanese company
