Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. To prepare safety documents, procedures for the project as customer require. 2. To conduct HSE induction for new comer/ sub-contractor prior project start. Enhance their safety & health sense and capability, especially for the capability of emergency handling. 3. Inspection safety rules compliance which employees must comply, instruction sub-contractor by work to permit at work places. Ensure safety & health program is compliance with internal requirements & legal regulations. 4. Check & advice on working plan and safety procedures prior to work commencement. 5. Monitor and issue of Risk Assessment/ Job Safety Analysis. 6. Control all activities at site related to electrical equipments, working at height, fire fighting and protection, fire substances, pressure vessels, working in confined spaces, used lockout/tagout, etc. Provide advice, guidance for accident prevention. 7. To make HSE report (Monthly, weekly, violation…etc) 8. Ensure all incidents are reported and properly investigated. Analyze for root cause and make action plan to solve potential hazards. 9. Other tasks/ duties related to Labor Safety
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - University graduation - Basic level in English for all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) - At least 2 years working as a safety supervisor - Self-study motivation - Ability to work independently - Strong leadership - Ability to work under high pressure
