<Number of employees: 100> <Report Line: European Manager> <Team Member: ~10 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: MRT Construction> <Clients: Project> <Saturday Working: Yes> <Job Responsibility> - To implement, maintain established HSE Management Plan & Procedures to ensure Site Work process are performed in compliance with approved HSE Management Plan & Procedures. - To coordinate with other Departments within the Company, the Client and interface Contractors for safety issues. - To provide training for all employees and subcontractors to be aware of the hazards and the risk factors in the work process to prevent accidents and occupation disease. - To review all documentation related to health & safety issues submitted by Sub-contractors. - To manage Company’s site activities including Sub-contractors to ensure they comply with approved HSE Management Plan & Procedures. - To perform site safety inspection to identify and correct potential hazards. - Be responsible for investigation, resolution, and report for all accident, incident and establishment of corrective actions when needed. - Liaise with local authorities for HSE issues. - To provide Company, Client and local authorities with necessary reports related to Health & Safety as required. - Other tasks as requested.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >: - University Degree, Bachelor Degree, major in health & Safety or engineering field., preferably graduated from HCMC National University - Gender: Male - Age: 28 - 40 - Electrical background as electrical engineer for construction projects 2 - Have knowledge of local Vietnam law system, regulation and standards for health & safety management. - Have knowledge of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001: 2004. - 5 years experience in construction safety management - Experience in working with international companies (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, UK, etc.) - Good English (both written and spoken) skills and communication skills - Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD … - Good report and letter writing, communication and presentation skills. - Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
