Job Description
・ Conducting meetings with distributors to plan retail initiatives and monitor execution ・Developing and implementing promotion strategies across GT and MT channels ・Regular store visits to monitor in-store promotions and conduct market research ・Analyzing sales and promotion data and proposing improvements ・Supporting the operation of exhibitions and promotional events ※While distributors handle direct sales, this position serves as a strategy leader and execution controller, working as an equal partner with distributors to drive appropriate retail activities. ※Domestic business travel and occasional weekend work may be required depending on business needs.
Job Requirement
・Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in dairy, high-nutrition food, or healthcare industries - Experience in sales and negotiations within both GT and MT channels - Experience in planning and proposing retail promotional activities ・Skillː ・Knowledge of retail distribution structures, margin systems, and industry regulations ・Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills ・Willingness to travel domestically and work weekends when necessary <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese or English business level ・Experience managing exhibitions or large-scale promotional events
