Job Description

<Report line: Vietnamese Career Advisor Manager >
<Hybrid Working Time after Probation time: 2 days /week WFH>

<Job tasks>
・Belongs to the JPCA team who will do Japanese-speaking Jobs 
Contribute to the job-seeking candidates by providing them with a better chance to develop themselves, and give advice to let them think more deeply about their careers 
・ Search suitable candidates by using internal resources and external sources
・Callingthe  existing Candidate List to update their working status
・Maintain strong relationships among candidates, by strategically controlling the action to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system
・Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. Not only "knowing" them but "understanding" them by asking about several aspects of their job and career.
・Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility of reaching success in their life, by providing the job market trends and information.
・Provide the suitable job order info for the candidates, and if you believe it would be a good opportunity for them, motivate and convince the candidate to apply
・Share the full information of the candidates with the RAs (Recruiting Advisor team) and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed. 
・Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process. 
・Cooperate with RAs so that both the Candidate side and the Client side will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment. 
・Not limited to only the above, but also implement any kind of activities to realize the purpose written at the top.

Job Requirement

<Requirements>
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Intermediate Level
・Experience: 
- Have experience working at recruitment agencies 
- OPEN for freshers, have completed an internship or part-time work with recruitment agencies.
- Know the field of human resource recruitment/headhunting.
- Have experience/knowledge in seeking candidates or connecting people via Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn.. 

<Preferable personality>
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner. 
- Enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment and in high-intensity conditions
- Sales mindset: Highly ambitious to achieve the target (possesses a target-oriented mind), has the sense of client-oriented, mind and thought
- Japanese working environment familiar: Micro-Management Style (Check KPI daily & weekly)
