Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Real Estate Development Management in Vietnam (1) Overall Development Work (For individual or township/mixed-use projects) - Coordinate with partner companies and government authorities throughout the entire development process. External consultants may be engaged for the preparation of application documents; the candidate will review documents, manage schedules, and drive execution. - Monitor and follow up with design consultants during the design phase: Ensure compliance with local regulations and relevant standards; proactively pursue high product quality and specifications expected by Japanese developers. - Oversee construction management: progress control, safety, and quality assurance; drive solutions for issues arising during execution. - Selection and evaluation of contractors and related partners. - Other tasks as assigned by the General Director (GD) or Senior Manager (SM). (2) Sales Support & After-Sales Service - Coordinate with development work in (1) to provide input and advice on product planning in sales promotion; act as the point of contact between the design consultant and other stakeholders. - Provide on-site support for sales activities and customer care after handover, when required, as the project development lead. (3) Additional Responsibilities - Promote the introduction of DX solutions into the real estate project in collaboration with the Company's Group. 2. Project Support - Assist in interpreting project-related Vietnamese documents (knowledge of Vietnamese business practices and local real estate-related expertise required). - Prepare internal explanation materials and support internal accounting-related tasks. <Business Trip Requirement> Day trips within HCMC and neighboring provinces (to meet government authorities, consultants, partners, etc.) Possible travel within Vietnam, depending on project needs.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Architecture, Project Management / Construction preferred) ・Language: English - Business Level (able to prepare reports and handle emails effectively) ・Essential Skills and Experience: At least 8 years of experience in real estate development or participation in 10+ real estate projects - Strong expertise in Vietnam real estate development - Strong communication, presentation, and independent working capability - Strong execution ability and problem-solving skills - Well-versed in current Real Estate Business Law, Housing Law, and Land Law in Vietnam ・IT Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working in Japanese companies ・Basic Japanese communication (speaking, reading, writing) ・Experience on the developer’s side
