Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage raw material procurement contracts. - Review import/export documents. - Prepare delivery plans and schedules. - Inspect raw material upon receipt. - Oversee overall raw material warehouse management. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Coach and develop team members; monitor performance and provide timely feedback and support. - Work with SCM colleagues to improve procurement and logistics coordination. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency. - Stay updated on relevant regulations; gather required information and arrange shipments/logistics accordingly. - Standardize raw material warehouse processes and tasks.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's Degree - Language: English - Business Level - Have around 3 years of experience in raw material procurement and warehouse management within the food manufacturing industry. - Experience in managing import/export processes and international logistics. - Experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process standardization. <Preferred Skills> - Supervisory experience in coaching, developing team members, and monitoring performance.
