Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support the site safety activity follow the site situation and safety manager’s requirement or PM - Manage safety activities of subcontractor on site such as morning meeting, safety induction…to ensure comply with company regulation - Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential dangers in the workplace. - Join daily construction meeting with construction team and give instruction to improve safety if any - Complete the daily site patrol, weekly and monthly report - Carry out daily, weekly or monthly safety inspection to all equipment or machine on site to ensure work safely - Provide training sessions to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment. - Instruct and arrange the safety team of subcontractor for site controlling - Carry out incident and accident investigation and reporting to SHE manager and PM on time - Report the site safety condition to SHE manager and PM as requirement - And another task if any
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Graduated from the University with a related Faculty ・Gender: Any ・Age: From 28 to 35 years old ・Language: English - Pre-Intermediate ・Experience: from 5-10 years - Good skill of using Offices especially Excel - Multitask & high flexibility. - Skilled at Presentation & problem solving - Positive thinking & self-motivation - Standard communication and good in documentation of English
