- Responsible for controlling and responding to customer complaints (internal - external).
- Monitoring, tracking and evaluating customer complaint measures.
- Issuing processes/documents/plans and controlling quality when deploying new products.
- Assessing the quality of pre-production and official production stages.
- Preparing reports related to quality improvement and quality monitoring according to weekly/monthly plans.
- Proposing kaizen methods to improve work quality.
- Having skills in team management, work deployment and handling arising cases.
- Other tasks as required by superiors.
Job Requirement
<Requirements>
- Degree: College/University majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical - Electronics, Automation or related fields.
- Foreign language: English or Japanese (priority) - conversational level
- Experience: Over 3 years of experience working in a Quality position at manufacturing plants.
- Knowledge of measurement related to mechanical component manufacturing.
- Proficient in quality systems, 7 QC tools.
- Good organization of work, planning and ability to manage progress.
