Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Have experience in managing food safety standards, for example, BRC or FSSC22000, IFS/SQF/FSMA - Organizing internal audits based on BRC or FSSC 2200/IFS/SQF/FSMA standards (The more standards you know, the more advantage you have) - Inspect, monitor, and report the compliance of all departments with WI, SOP, and the quality/food safety system - Have a skill, food technique, and knowledge to read and understand EU food safety legal and FDA documents - Have experience leading an external audit team from a certificate organization - Handling customers’ complaints, especially on the quality and food safety scope - Handling internal non-conformity on quality and food safety - Have a high skill in data analysis - Have the skill to search and study the quality and food safety technical document - Have the ability and skill to write procedures, SOP on quality and food safety scope - Have experience in 5S and Kaizen, continuous improvement in process and system is an advantage - Have knowledge about pest control is an advantage - Have a background in food technology is an advantage - Supervise the quality and food safety in the factory - Making a report to send to the manager and the relevant department - Other tasks have been assigned by managers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Graduated from a university with a major in food technology or related fields ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience working in QA/QC related to the food field - Know about food safety certificates such as BRC, FSSC 2200, IFS, SQF, FSMA… - Leadership to proceed with each project/problem with the related department in the factory - Making ideas for improvement during the above responsibilities and duties -Ability to make well-summarized reports ・Skills: - Communication - Problem-solving - Data analysis - Presentation skill - Meticulous, careful, honest, diligent in work - Know how to use a computer and office software <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Candidates who graduated from the University of Technology or the University of Science are preferred
