Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings and cross-check the tender quantities. - Work closely with design team, calculate Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation of projects. - Prepare and submit tender documents. - Collect and formulate cost Database… and others related to professional job. - Contact Suppliers, Subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make cost comparison sheet. - Study and make Value Engineering and Cost Down Report. - Ensure all information and documentation of the contractual and commercial work are achieved and stored systematically and properly that are accessible easily by all people. - Working at Office or Construction site as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Graduated with Construction Economics major or relevant major. - Language: English - Intermediate Level - Experience: At least 2 years of working experience as QS Engineer or similar position. - Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…), AutoCAD. - Other Skills: Analytical/ problem solving/ decision making/ presentation/document control skills. - Candidate priority: Good health, can playing sports and art is an advantage.
