<Position Objective/Expectation > - Practical Quality Control and Establishment/Continuous Improvement of the System <Job Responsibilities> - Establishment and Continuous Improvement of Quality Control System for Factory Setup (Organization and establishment of quality inspection content, records, documents, etc., through to operation) ※Note: Training for specific quality inspection tasks is planned to be conducted in Japan (scheduled for 2025). - Purchase, Maintenance, and Regular Accuracy Control of Equipment, Devices, Tools, Reagents, and Supplies necessary for the above quality control operations. - Approval of Quality Control Reports and Records. - Analysis of product ingredients, data collection - Handling of Customer Complaints. - Advising the Manufacturing Department based on quality control data. - Training of New Staff.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 30 ~ 45 ・Gender: Female preferred ・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Language: Japanese or English - Business Level (Japanese preferred) ・Experience: - More than 3+ years of experience as a Quality Control staff or leader in the food industry - Management experience as a Manager (or leader) - Experience in training/developing subordinates ・Skills: - Proficient PC skills - Ability to proactively engage in work <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience with new factory setup/launch ・Deep knowledge of quality control and food safety
