Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) - Manage the QA (Quality Assurance) team as an Assistant Manager - Handle quality control across all stages of the process, from raw materials to final products - Manage internal and external audits for certifications such as ISO 22000, BRC, and FSSC - Collaborate with other departments to drive resolution of quality-related issues - Execute and manage quality initiatives and improvement measures assigned by senior management - Report on QA activities and quality performance to the QA Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's degree related to Food: - Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Engineering, etc. ・Language: English or Japanese - Intermediate Level (Able to read and write emails and documents) ・Experience: - More than 3 years of experience in handling and progressing internal and external audits in accordance with given instructions. - Have experience in both QC/ QA tasks with BRC and FSSC certifications in the food manufacturing or processing industry, ・Other - Experience in supervising and training 1 to 3 staff members. - PC Skills: Proficient in Excel <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・PC Skills: Experience in data analysis (statistics) is a plus.
