Job Description
<Job responsibilities> ・Search, evaluate and select the most suitable and optimal supplier. ・Develop new products with domestic suppliers. ・Ability to negotiate prices, manage quality, and supplier processes. ・Receive purchase requests from the sales department. ・Plan, manage orders, and handle any arising issues. ・Assign work to subordinates to process purchase requests most effectively. ・Coordinate with the Japanese Purchasing team to develop samples, control quality, and search for new suppliers. Regularly report on progress and quality to the Japanese side. ・Perform periodic supplier evaluations. ・Coordinate with sales to handle customer complaints about products.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> ・University degree or higher ・Male/Female up to 35 years old ・Japanese and English: business level (TOEIC 750) ・Experience: - 3 years of experience in sales, purchasing and general business management - 3 years of management experience (team management size is 5 people or more) - Experience working for foreign companies - Good negotiation skills <Priority> - Candidates with university/college degrees in Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Foreign Languages or equivalent majors - Candidates with experience working at a manufacturing company
