<Job Description>
- Receive purchasing requests from departments and develop domestic and international procurement plans
- Search for goods and suppliers both domestically and internationally; compare quotations and select the most optimal suppliers, ensuring product specifications meet the requester's requirements while optimizing costs
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure goods arrive on time, in the right quality and quantity. Handle any issues arising during transportation
- Prepare import documentation and procedures (if any)
- Coordinate with relevant departments to count and inspect goods to ensure they meet warehouse entry standards
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Job Requirement

- Education: Graduated from College or University
- Language: English - Conversational Level
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a Purchasing position
