Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Search and contact domestic and foreign suppliers to request quotes for goods as required
- Negotiate price conditions, shipping methods, and payment methods
- Update prices, create orders on ERP software
- Track orders, ensure goods are delivered on time
- Coordinate with the logistics subsystem to carry out customs procedures for imported goods
- Check debts, request payment to suppliers
- Monitoring Scrap, waste, and industrial Waste collection of the factory
- Perform other tasks assigned by the department manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor
・Gender: Any
・Age: 24-33
・Language: English business level
・Experience:
- Over 2 years of experience in Purchasing position in FDI companies
- Understanding of Incoterms, international payments
- Experience in logistics is an advantage
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in manufacturing companies
