Job Description
- Report directly to Japanese Manager - Work with 1 member in team *Job Responsibilities: - To create source and maintain good relationship with local and overseas suppliers/vendors. - To follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of inventory and P.O and supplies, and be responsible for approving purchases. - To monitor outstanding orders from suppliers and do necessary follow-up. Compare the quotations from various suppliers - To work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure efficiency of the purchasing . - Monitor delivery process; ensure the goods are received on time as the quantity and quality stated in PO. - To review and provide recommendations on process and system improvement with to ensure cost-efficient supplies for our organization. - To make reports for line Manager/ Director
