Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform general administrative tasks in the Purchasing Department, including preparing purchase orders and invoices, data entry, filing documents, and assisting with delivery schedule checks
- Support preparation of basic import-related documents and communication with logistics partners
- Assist in supplier communication by email, including English correspondence
*In the future, depending on ability and performance, the role may expand to include procurement responsibilities such as supplier negotiation and purchasing operations.
<If assigned Purchasing >
- Place orders and manage delivery schedules for parts and raw materials
- Communicate with overseas suppliers by email and assist in preparing import documents
- Collect quotations from suppliers, compare prices, and report to supervisors
- Support basic negotiations on price and delivery terms
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, accounting, etc.) for routine tasks
- Assist in inventory control and cost management activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 24 ~ 29
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor
・Language: English - Intermediate Level (for internal use and Suppliers)
・Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement in the Steel industry or related to the Construction / Construction Materials industry.
- Experience in purchasing raw materials and auxiliary materials used in steel plants.
<Preferred Skills / Experience:>
・Experience
- Having experience in import procedures is a big plus.
・Others
- Basic knowledge of machinery or components is an advantage
- Able to handle import documents and coordinate with logistics partners
- Willing to work at the factory and commute or stay in the company dormitory if necessary
