JOB DUTIES

  • Report to PSR Sales Leader (Vietnamese male, 30s)
  • Assigned to Sales Department
  • Team size: 2 members
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Follow up sales of dealers to ensure the achievement of monthly target of PSR product range
  • Visualize and update market situation, competitor’s movement
  • Update end-user information onto internal system
  • Develop more account of sub dealers and end users of PSR
  • Update company tire’s performance compared with competitors
  • Update customer list and visualization of end users
  • Propose countermeasure to solve the problem (if any)
  • Weekly report
  • Support for other technical activities request from BSCAP/ BSJ for any survey (road survey, scrap tire survey, etc.)
  • Support for some urgent cases requested from dealers/ end users
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Desirable Background and Experience:
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields
  • Language skill(s): English business level
  • Proficient computer skills
  • 1 year of professional experience in any industry
  • Desirable Characters:
  • Gender: Male preferable
  • Age: Up to 30
  • Willing to be trained to do services TCS / claim / tire check / tire repair
  • Hard working at sites despite harsh conditions
  • Able to travel frequently to do survey/services
  • Proactive, independent, self-motivated
