Job Description
<Job responsibilities> : • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of common areas and building infrastructure, including retail, office, and public zones. • Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams: Engineering, Duty, Reception, Customer Service, Cleaning, Security, Tenants, and Outsourced Vendors. • Develop and enforce SOPs and service standards aligned with international expectations and premium tenant requirements. • Ensure smooth and proactive coordination with anchor tenants and Japanese management. • Oversee handover and pre-opening readiness of new construction areas with full compliance and service readiness. • Plan and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and long-term asset value preservation. • Lead fire safety and life safety compliance, including emergency response planning and staff training. • Comply and implement all company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and achieve above minimum expectations in Operational reviews. • Report regularly to senior management with operational performance metrics, improvement proposals, and resolution tracking.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30 - 45 years old ・Language: English at Business level ・Experience: - Having at least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager in a Shopping mall and an Office building. <Skills>: • Strong command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with FM/PM software. • Highly responsible, logical, organised, proactive, able to work under pressure, and committed to long-term operational excellence. • Experience working with Japanese companies or international brands in high-standard property operations
