<Job Responsibilities>
• Managing, planning, and controlling all construction activities at the site.
• Scheduling, planning, and managing staff/workers at the construction site.
• Together with BOD to plan and set up for the project.
• Take a key role in the Construction Management for the new project.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education background: Bachelor's degree or higher with major in civil engineering/construction engineering.
・Language: English - Business level
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager or Construction Manager in construction companies/real estate owners with strong experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and experience working in foreign companies.
- Obtained Construction Practicing License (practicing license) Rank-I.
