<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Project Management, or related fields ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager in high-rise and low-rise residential projects ・In-depth knowledge of construction methods, standards, and regulatory requirements for high-rise and low-rise residential projects. ・Strong project management and problem-solving skills ・Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) ・Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
