Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Review and analyze legal documents and processes related to ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Liaise with government authorities to resolve legal and project-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to assess project feasibility, legal compliance, permit approvals, planning, and related procedures.
- Support the Director in daily operations, including translating and interpreting during interactions with local authorities, landlords, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate potential project opportunities.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- 3 years of experience in acquiring new projects on the developer side in the real estate industry.
- Team lead experience is acceptable
<Preferred Skills>
- Having experience in residential real estate law
