- Monitor inventory reports of finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials
- Calculate daily labor productivity
- Be responsible for shipments to Japan, from preparation until the goods are dispatched from the company
- Supervise and monitor workers in the roasting process to ensure:
+ Compliance with production procedures
+ Productivity and product quality meet required standards
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience>
・Gender: Male / Female
・Age: 25 ~ 35 years old
・Education: College or University degree in Food Chemistry or related majors
・Language: No foreign language required
・Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing or QC environments
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Good physical health and able to frequently work in cold storage areas
+ Good communication and team leadership skills, especially when working with factory workers
<Preferable Skills / Experience>
・Candidates with experience in the food manufacturing industry are preferred
