Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals - Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste - Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management - Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency - Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field - Language Skill: English or Korean - Business Level - Minimum of 5 years in production manager - Strong leadership and people management abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail - Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners - Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in electrical panels
