<Job Responsibilities> - Manage all production operations in the weaving process/section. - Plan production schedules and manage progress to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines. - Analyze the causes of defects and implement improvement measures. - Manage product quality and handle issues that arise related to quality.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree - At least 01 year of experience in Production Chief/ Production Leader - No mandatory requirement for Japanese or English language knowledge. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Japanese language skill is an advantage and comes with an additional language allowance. - English language skill is an advantage and comes with an additional language allowance.
