<Job Responsibilities> ・Management and supervision of the cosmetics manufacturing process ・Quality control (raw material and product inspection, record management, traceability support) ・Adjustment of production schedule and progress management ・Reporting and cooperation with the Japanese headquarters (or the president of the Vietnamese corporation) ・Technical communication with OEM clients (Chinese or English/Japanese)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> ・Education: Vocational School and abpve ・Gender: Any ・Age: 27-50 years old ・Language: Chinese, Japanese, or English, intermediate level ・Experience: - Minimum 3 years of production management experience at a Japanese manufacturer (including production line setup, stabilization, quality control, etc.) - Management experience <Personality> ・Strong sense of responsibility ・Can proactively work on their work ・Can actively communicate within the company regardless of nationality < Preferred Skills / Experience> ・Work experience in Japan ・Business-level Chinese ・Experience establishing production sites ・Experience in the cosmetics industry ・Experience in production system efficiency improvements and digital transformation (DX)
