Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
• Product Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for projector products, considering market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales) to define product requirements and prioritize features.

• Product Development and Launch
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales to develop Go-to Market strategies, product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

• Market Analysis and Optimization
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify areas for product improvement or new opportunities.
- Analyse sales data, customer surveys, and other metrics to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements or feature updates.
- Propose and implement strategies for product optimization, pricing adjustments, or feature additions based on market feedback.

• Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives, track progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to demonstrate product performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Timely and accurate reports on key product metrics, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market share.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: Degree / Diploma in related course of studies such as Business Administration, Information Technology, and Marketing Communications
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: From 2-4 years of working experience in channel management, product marketing, and end-user management in the office equipment industry
+ Experience in market analysis, competitor assessment, and customer insights
+ Proven track record in leading successful product launches or improvements
- Skills: Channel management, product marketing, product lifecycle management, market analysis, competitor assessment, and customer insights skills

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Knowledge of B2C / Retail Sales is preferred
