Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
+ Coordinate with relevant parties (Japan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, etc.) to identify the specifications and requirements to build up the sourcing strategy for components of products.
+ Manage the entire project from sourcing, drawing, cost negotiation, contract, assembly line, production, equipment, Capacity, FA samples, and delivery...
+ Cost optimization with the analysis, negotiation to ensure the best price with standard quality and timeline.
+ Capture price trends, monitor, and update in time
+ Follow up on fluctuation of raw material (Up/down/trend/shortage...) to take timely action for procurement activities.
+ Maintain and grow potential suppliers with requirements and find new suppliers to increase the localization rate in ASEAN.
+ Discuss, negotiate business terms with new suppliers (contract, payment, order, forecast, delivery...).
+ Other tasks related to the report about your suppliers' status.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, preference for Technical.
- Language: Japanese and English - Business Level
• Japanese language proficiency N2 or above, English TOEIC 600 or above, or equivalent conversation, reading, and writing ability.
• Communication, negotiation skills.

- Professional knowledge & skills:
• Good skills at Excel, Word, email...
• Have basic knowledge of parts processing, such as molding, pressing, and cutting etc.
• Quick, proactive in work, willing to learn and change for the better.
• Being good at logical thinking.
• Personality: positive in thinking, honest.
• Ready to go overseas for a Business trip.
‐ Preferred experience and skill
• Purchasing / Procurement experience is desirable.
• Experience at a Japanese company is desirable.
