Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Procure water treatment chemicals, materials, and equipment-related components - Source, evaluate, and develop domestic and overseas suppliers - Prepare, collect, and evaluate RFQs (Requests for Quotation) - Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms - Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement processes - Monitor delivery schedules, confirm incoming goods, and handle inspection/acceptance - Prepare payment-related documents and coordinate with internal departments - Collaborate closely with the Engineering team and Project Managers - Maintain and analyze procurement data
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of procurement/purchasing experience in a manufacturing company or trading company. - At least 3 years of experience procuring chemicals or chemical products. - Business-level English communication skills. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in the water treatment industry. - Experience sourcing and qualifying new suppliers. - Experience procuring equipment, machinery, or industrial materials. - Experience negotiating with overseas suppliers. - Experience in cost reduction or procurement improvement projects. <Ideal Candidate> • Proactively builds relationships with suppliers and develops new sourcing channels. • Possesses a holistic mindset, focusing on overall project outcomes rather than just procurement activities. • Demonstrates strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders. • Capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently. • Exhibits a strong team spirit and a mindset of continuous improvement.
