Work Time: Monday-Saturday (7:30am-4:30pm 2times per week, others ~18:30/20:30 shift)

JOB DUTIES:
Report to JP Director
Manage Mainly communicate with VN production control potition
Assigned to Production department
Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy the Material Supply Management Strategy that will support the overall Direct Materials Supplier Strategy to ensure the delivery of business objectives.
- Accountable for the secure provision of prescribed Materials factories in-line with Demand requirements and Supplier capabilities – whilst optimising cash, cost and service.
- Responsible for achieving targeted working capital durations across Material Commodity and identifying opportunities to reduce cash flow.
- Deploy procurement and cost reduction initiatives across a group of commodities/factories.
- Deploy consistent supply models across all direct material suppliers for the group and ensure the teams compliance and optimisation of systems and data.
- Ensure effective phase in and out of sku’s minimising write off and achieving NPI delivery timings.
- Drive and lead the deployment of standard work packages, In Process Controls and Health checks as part of the SNO ways of working.
- Owner of the Daily Direction setting and Daily Management systems for Materials availability for a lead factory in the Region.
- Drive supplier performance through leading engagement and deploying effective measure and controls.

- Experience:
Strong line management and/or Project Management experience in FMCG Supply Chain.
Experience working within monthly & Weekly control cycles.
Understanding in Supply planning processes.
Understanding of Production processes.
Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders across the supply chain & factories.
Business focused and proven change agent with project management skills.
