Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Create purchase orders as requested, and make sure all data is accurate to be placed on the POs based on standard lead times and output POs to vendors. - Manage vendor PO confirmations and make sure vendors deliver on time as scheduled. - Weekly/ monthly collect data for managing all kinds of different reports. - Act as a liaison between vendors and 3rd party logistics providers for the whole exported logistics process. - Monthly analyze vendors’ performance and support for the improvement plan implementation. - Other tasks or projects as assigned by Head of Department.

<Requirements> - Gender: Any - Age: 30~35 - Education: University Degree – major in Foreign Trade/ Business/ Economics. - Language: English - Business Level. - Experience: At least 03-year experience in procurement, import-export. - Good knowledge of foreign trade. - Priority for candidates to be eager to learn and dynamic. - Computer skills of MS Office/Internet.
