<Job Responsibilities>
・Design, develop, test, and release SaaS product features using PHP
・Design scalable and maintainable system architecture
・Lead technical discussions and make technical decisions
・Review code and improve development quality
・Support engineers with technical problems and solutions
・Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
・Improve existing systems through refactoring and optimization
・Create technical documents and share engineering knowledge
・Utilize AI tools to improve development productivity
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Language: None
- Experience
・More than 6 years of experience in PHP web application development projects, including:
- Development, refactoring, and unit testing.
・More than 2 years of experience in engineering team leadership, including:
- Taking responsibility for code reviews and development quality
- Supporting team members in solving technical issues
- Conducting technical research and providing technical solutions
・Experience with one or more PHP frameworks such as
- Laravel, CakePHP, Zend, CodeIgniter, or Yii2.
・At least 2 years of experience working with
- Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
・Experience using the following tools:
- Figma
- PHPStorm
- GitHub
・Experience effectively utilizing AI development tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- Gemini
- Claude
- ChatGPT
・Good ability to read and understand English technical documents
・Understanding of Japanese company processes and working styles is a strong advantage.
