Job Description
<Expectation>
- This position is responsible for managing the construction of plant facilities, particularly mechanical systems such as piping in industrial plants.
- Compared to general construction projects, plant projects—especially in chemical plants—require strict adherence to detailed construction regulations and safety standards. Therefore, candidates are expected to have experience working in highly regulated environments.
- Preferred backgrounds include construction experience in chemical plants with strict compliance requirements, shipyard construction experience, or other environments with equivalent standards and regulations.
- This position involves working on-site and performing construction tasks.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Site Management
- Supervision of mechanical equipment construction work at the plant
- Maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
- Giving work instructions to subcontractors
- Management of schedules, safety, quality, and deadlines
- Reviewing construction drawings of plant mechanical equipment (piping, machinery, etc.)
Note: Reading and understanding drawings is required; creating drawings is not necessary

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: English or Japanese, Intermediate Level (Internal and Customer use)
・Experience:
- Preferably able to design mechanical equipment for chemical plants (especially piping)
- Construction experience in plants, power plants, water treatment facilities, or shipyards
- Able to read CAD drawings
<Preferred Skills>
– Estimation and design experience
– Ability to read construction drawings written in Japanese is a plus
