Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Construct the sales strategy and plan to achieve the sales and associated targets. - Manage the Sales team and local relationship with travel trade partners and other partners - Initiate and follow up on sales team actions, obtain sales leads and seek new business. - Help to negotiate discount rates, commissions, and contracts in a timely manner to ensure the best return on investment. - Monitor the effectiveness of incentive/discount schemes by conducting regular and timely performance reviews to maximize available and potential sales opportunities. - Make sales visits to clients to conduct presentations, and seminars, and provide updates on products and services to enhance sales opportunities and facilitate sales. - Service existing portfolios or accounts to maintain and grow the value. - Seek ways to improve the quality of the revenue generated by the portfolio - Support new business development. - Support marketing activities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: A degree or diploma holder or equivalent in a relevant Sales & Marketing or Business field ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: minimum of 6 years recent experience in airline or Passenger General Sales Agent or travel agent sales. ・Demonstrable experience in consistently achieving sales targets
