Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage daily operations in the warehouse
- Manage facility and equipment maintenance operations, including supervision of security, office cleaning, landscaping, and related service providers
- Create and manage budget plans for company activities
- Manage human resources, including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Oversee quick freezing operations and reception (handling of goods)
- Perform final verification of documentation
- Handle accounting and budget-related tasks (if applicable)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Fluent communication skills in English or Japanese (reading, writing, conversation)
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
- Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
- Has good knowledge of frozen warehouse operations
