Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Machining of metal parts used in industrial machine tools, mainly using machining centers - Reading technical drawings and processing each part individually according to specifications - Performing quality checks and measurements after processing - Selecting tools and setting up the machines as needed * At the beginning, they will learn how to process the parts by following instructions while referring to drawings, starting with simple tasks and gradually building up their skills.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language： Japanese intermediate (Equivalent to N2) ・Experience: - More than 2 years of experience as an operator in the metal processing/manufacturing industry. - Experience in a line-production factory is also acceptable. ・Other - Strong interest in high-mix, low-volume production using machining centers, with a strong willingness to learn. <Preferred Skill / Experience> - Hands-on experience in metal processing using machining centers under a high-mix, low-volume production system. - Ability to read technical drawings and perform programming/coding accordingly.
