Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Cylindrical grinding of metal parts used in industrial machinery ・Reading technical drawings and performing grinding operations for each part according to specifications ・Measuring dimensions and conducting quality inspections after grinding ・Selecting grinding wheels and setting up cylindrical grinding machines as required ＊At the beginning, they will learn basic cylindrical grinding operations by following instructions while referring to drawings, starting with simple tasks and gradually building up their skills.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age : 20~25 ・Gender： Any ・Education： High school ・Foreign Language： Not required ・Experience: - More than 2 years of experience as an operator in the metal processing/manufacturing industry. - Experience in a line-production factory is also acceptable. ・Other - Strong interest in high-mix, low-volume production using a cylindrical grinding machine, with a strong willingness to learn. <Preferred Skill / Experience> - Hands-on experience in metal processing using CNC machines like cylindrical grinding machines under a high-mix, low-volume production system. - Ability to read technical drawings and perform programming/coding accordingly.
