Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
This position is responsible for the overall management of customer interior construction work for office relocations and renovations.
Specific duties:
・Customer relations: Follow-up with existing customers in cooperation with sales staff, some new sales (customer visits, participation in social events, etc.), negotiations including budget aspects, status reports to customers
*Once construction has started, you will be required to conduct periodic site checks and regular visits after the handover.
Project management: Management of project plan/cost/schedule, meeting with clients and contact person, site check
・Management: Management of Vietnamese staff, education, and creating a framework.
*The site is not running. Overnight business trips are required for projects outside of Hanoi.
*Products/Services
Space coordination proposals for interior design and layout for renovations, office relocations, layout changes, etc.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: 30 - 45 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English at Intermediate Level (for internal communication)
・Experience: Have at least 5 years of working experience as a project Manager for Office Interior (project plan/cost/schedule management, client meetings and liaison, quality control, site inspections, etc.)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Those with working experience in Japanese or Korean companies.
・Experience in Autocad, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3dsMAX operation
・Experience in member management
