<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor ・Age: 30－40 ・Gender Any ・English: Business Level ・Those who have more than 2 years of experience as MT Sales Manager in foods or sweets manufacture ・Those who have good relationships with buyers in each retail business or can build. ・Act as a Playing Manager with logical thinking ・Deep understanding of the confectionery industry ・Deep understanding of the new start-up business situation ・Having a high awareness of compliance at the global standard level <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Language: Japanese is a plus ・Sales experience at a confectionery factory or related to confectionery ・Build up a business plan ・Good understanding of new business in VN.
