JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Manager
§ Main Tasks:
ü Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
ü Estimate costs and setting the quality standards;
ü Liaise among different departments to deploy the production effectively;
ü Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
ü Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
ü Make sure that products are produced on time & are of good quality;
ü Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
ü Aware of all risks and troubles in factory and have proper solutions;
ü Other tasks will be assigned
Job RequirementS

ü Age: 22-28
ü Language Skills: English – business level (Must)
ü Able to work independently or team
ü Fresh or experienced in merchandiser
ü Know how to organize works
