Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Site supervision: Supervise sub-contractors and site teams to ensure MEP installations are compliant with shop drawings and quality standards. - Technical review: Review and verify Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, and Method Statements before execution. - Planning & Progress: Develop weekly/monthly MEP work plans and monitor progress to ensure zero delays in the master schedule. - Quantity Surveying (QS): Perform material take-offs, manage material orders. - Quality Control (QC): Conduct internal inspections and coordinate with the Consultant/Client for official inspections and handovers (RFI process). - Coordination: Coordinate with the Civil/Structural teams to resolve design clashes and ensure smooth integration of MEP services (clash detection). - Documentation: arrange the document for the meeting, submission material, MOS,..etc
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP Engineering - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in MEP construction. - Technical skill: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Knowledge of Revit/BIM is a strong advantage), Microsoft Excel, and work, etc. -Deep understanding of international and local building codes (TCVN, NFPA, etc.). - Ability to read and interpret complex technical specifications and blueprints. - Soft Skill: Strong problem-solving skills for on-site technical issues. - Good command of technical English <Preferred Skills> - Certificates: Valid Site Supervisor Certificate or Professional Practice Certificate (Grade III or higher) is preferred
