Understanding about the product: - Know thoroughly and clearly, product knowledge, product uses of the company. Regularly introduce and remind customers the company's product knowledge. - Understand the information about competitive products (formulas, uses, advantages and disadvantages; price; related activities, marketing activities, customer feedback, ...), market potential, location information and customer feedback to report to company leaders. 2. Making the sales: - Go to the market according to the working schedule, with cycles. - Implementing a detailed sales plan according to the criteria assigned by the Company. - Sales according to the sales process, the way the company sells. - Introduce, develop customers and sell all assigned products to all customers. 3. Customer management: - Know the current customer list (Full name, address, phone, personality, business characteristics ...) to take appropriate care measures. - Building and maintaining good relationships with customers. - Search, build and develop relationships with new customers. - Maintain and develop a customer list.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・ Gender: Any. ・ Age: 25 - 35 years old. ・Graduated from College of Medicine or above. ・ Languages: Business level in English. ・Experiences: Have 2 years experiences or more in Medical Sales position. ・ Agile, hardworking, honest, good health. ・ Good communication skill ・ Customer persuasion skills ・ Enjoying sales jobs, adapt to move a lot to meet clients. ・Resistant to high pressure at work, ready to work overtime. ・Knowing use office computer.
