JOB DUTIES
Report to Medical IT Manager
Main Tasks:
-Install Medical IT product (Hardware & Software)
-Customer training after installation
-After support and receive customer call as a first tier support
-Communicate with software development team to achieve customer requirement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
Gender: Any
Age: Any
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Have experience for IT engineer (ideally medical IT)
Good communication skill for customer and internal team.
Good listening skill to receive request or complain from customer
Recruit from global company (GE, Siemens, Phillips, FPT etc) is preferable.
