Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Mechanical equipment design for factory construction projects
・Design and preparation of drawings for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
・Preparation and revision of in-house drawings (AutoCAD, etc.)
・Equipment planning and design work
・Cost estimation and cost calculation (as required)
・Equipment support at rental factories and on-site support
・Site inspections and site checking
・Meetings with clients (mainly Japanese companies), depending on the project
・Other administrative tasks related to the above
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Intermediate Level (TOEIC 600 or above).
・Experience: one of the requirements listed below.
- At least 5 years of working experience in any industry
- At least 3 years of working experience at a Japanese company.
- At least 3 years of experience in equipment/mechanical design of the following systems:
- HVAC (air conditioning) systems
- Water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems
- Fire protection systems (firefighting equipment, sprinkler systems, etc.)
- Ventilation systems
- Gas systems (when required)
・Skill
- Can use AutoCAD
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Qualifications related to mechanical/equipment engineering.
・Language: Speaking Japanese
