<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 30-50 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor or above ・Language: English - Intermediate Level ・Experience: - Over 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer - Management and project control experience - Construction experience in factories, commercial facilities, buildings, etc. - Be good at interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Worked as a Site Engineer and/or construction site experience is an advantage - Have experience in large-scale projects such as complex.
